Section I: Mechanics

❂ The giveaway is open exclusively to guests aged 18 years or older as of the date of their dine-in visit during the promotion period. Employees of Pirata Group and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate.

❂ The promotion period for submitting entries is from 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 inclusive. All submitted receipts must correspond to dine-in visits made at Pici locations in Hong Kong within this period.

❂ Entrants must submit an official, itemised transaction receipt clearly displaying the venue name, date, time, and an order containing at least one (1) Pici x Napoli Matfia collaboration dish. Credit card slips, EFTPOS receipts, bank statements, or payment confirmations are strictly invalid. Each valid itemised receipt constitutes one (1) entry.

❂ Only one (1) official itemised receipt will be issued per table or dining party. Bill splitting or the issuance of multiple receipts for a single table is strictly prohibited.

❂ Receipts shared among or submitted by multiple guests from the same table will be treated as duplicate entries and rendered automatically void.

❂ Eligible visits must be paid, full-value dine-in experiences at Pici. Complimentary dining experiences, including but not limited to Pirata App reward redemptions, charity prizes, corporate vouchers, media hostings, and service recovery offers, are excluded from entry.

❂ Submissions must be made exclusively via the official online entry form within the promotion period. Submissions made via email, physical mail, messaging platforms, or social media channels will not be processed or accepted.

❂ Guests must collect their physical itemised receipt immediately upon payment. Receipts will not be issued retroactively under any circumstances.

❂ Each unique receipt may be registered once only. Re-submitting an already uploaded receipt, whether by the same entrant or a different user, constitutes promotion abuse and results in immediate disqualification.

❂ Entrants may submit multiple entries across the promotion period provided each entry corresponds to a separate, completed dine-in visit with a unique, valid itemised receipt.

❂ In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between promotional materials across third-party channels and this official landing page, the terms on this page shall prevail.

Section II: The Prize Package

The prize package comprises return Economy Class flights for two (2) passengers from Hong Kong to Seoul, two (2) nights of hotel accommodation, and a guaranteed dining reservation with a preset menu/dining credit for two (2) at Vesuvio, up to a maximum total cumulative value of HKD 10,000.

❂ The prize package is awarded strictly as a single, non-divisible bundle and cannot be transferred, assigned, resold, or redeemed for cash or credit.

❂ All prize components are subject to availability. Pirata Group reserves the right to substitute any component with an alternative of equivalent value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

❂ Flights, hotel, and dining expenses are strictly capped at a maximum total cumulative value of HKD 10,000 for the entire package (inclusive of applicable flight taxes and surcharges). All flight and hotel bookings must be finalised by 26 November 2026, with all travel completed on or before 31 January 2027.

❂ Travel dates remain subject to booking availability within the designated redemption window. Any expenses exceeding the HKD 10,000 cap, alongside additional costs arising from date modifications, personal detail amendments, optional upgrades, flight disruptions, force majeure, or policy changes imposed by airlines or accommodation providers, shall be borne solely by the winner.

❂ Documentation & Insurance: Winners and their travel companions are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance, valid passports, entry visas, and any mandatory health or travel documentation prior to departure.

❂ Pirata Group and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents accept no liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, illness, expense, or legal claim arising directly or indirectly from participation in this giveaway or the acceptance and use of the prize package.

❂ Acceptance of the prize package constitutes explicit and binding agreement to all terms outlined herein.

Section III: Winner Selection & Notification

❂ The winner will be selected by Pirata Group management based on entry eligibility and evaluation of the submission form answer. Pirata Group is under no obligation to disclose its evaluation criteria or rationale.

❂ The selected winner will be notified via email on Friday, 4 September 2026 and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.

❂ Failure to respond within the 48-hour window, or refusal to comply with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, will result in immediate forfeiture of the prize and the selection of an alternate winner.

❂ The winner will be publicly announced on Friday, 18 September 2026 across Pici and Pirata Group digital platforms.

General Terms & Legal Disclaimers

❂ Pirata Group reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, submits false or misleading information, or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

❂ Unique transaction IDs are monitored. Receipts submitted multiple times across single or multiple accounts will trigger immediate disqualification of all associated entries.

❂ Pirata Group reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway, or amend these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice.

❂ All decisions made by Pirata Group regarding any aspect of this promotion are final, conclusive, and binding.

❂ By participating, entrants consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data by Pirata Group for promotional, statistical, and direct marketing purposes.

❂ Entrants grant Pirata Group the irrevocable right to use their name, likeness, and any post-event promotional media for marketing purposes across all channels without royalty or compensation.

❂ Entry submission confirms full, unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
