A Neapolitan classic, reimagined. Dive into our modern take on Aglio, Olio, e Peperoncino, elevated with a rich, velvety emulsion. Experience naturally sweet, buttery Sicilian pink prawn tartare that melts in your mouth, crowned with a savoury grating of intense bottarga (cured fish roe).
